I think this home is nice, but is in the wrong location and therefore the $1.2m price isn’t justified to me. I would say around $700k range, but that is just my humble opinion! Also, I believe the alarm sound you keep hearing is from the refrigerator door not being completely closed!! Good video. 👍🏻👍🏻

When your filming could you please include the lighting fixtures , if there is can lights , counters , floors and cabinets. . Ceiling heights , to even show the ceilings . All of this will help know what the put together room looks like when finished . Love your videos , you do a great job without making us dizzy watching them . Thank you again

Nice design but the layout isn't the best. The living room on the main floor is too small. Master closet is dealbreakingly small. No loft area on the third floor. Too many compromises for $1.2 mil in my opinion.

Love the home, wish they did something about that power line/utility line running through parts of that upstairs patio

Spicy Noodles yeah, still working on that, once I upgrade to a better, less heavy gimbal, I’ll be able to get smoother pans and tilts.

The appliances are made by GE, I have them in my kitchen and love it! Also the sound going off was the fridge door. It wasn’t shut all the way closed.

The white appliances crack me up. Manufacturers are trying to bring back white appliances. It's a stylish house with good looking fixtures, and although I don't know the area, the price seems highly inflated (and this is coming from a real estate agent in California).

600k-700k only

Most of the homes in the neighborhood are knock downs, the land is extremely desirable, but who knows. Only way to find out is to watch and see, I will let you know if it sales and for what price

Its $1.2 million home and wall switch plates are cheap. those are $.99 per plate wall.

ick on the downstairs bathroom tile, tacky. Upstairs bathroom tile is nice but then they put that tacky tile in the shower...

Not worth the asking price
