This is a great design for you actually build these models and I'd do what would the cost per square meter be not including the land?

A saw schematics for a 5,000 square foot home and it had the same number of rooms as a 2,700 square foot home. I was surprised that some of the extra space wasn't used to create a library or even a breakfast room in the design.

The audience mostly are of middle class family, why not try a 3D model modern house design for middle class family. This houses are too costly, which middle class cant even dream of

Could be for inspiration. Its like if you sit in first class on a plane for the first time. You should work hard and do whats necessary (legally) to be able to always sit first class. I get what you’re saying about there should be some simple houses but there are some simple houses this channel made years ago. But All of these houses are actual clients of the Channel and these houses are real and exist (I know this because I’m one of them). And most of these homes are built outside of USA. So for example, My house, which they designed, is about 7,000 sqft. But i only paid $250k for it. So it is actually possible for a middle class person to afford one depending on where its built. (This is coming from someone who was once less than middle class growing up and although I dont have millions in my account yet, I can certainly be inspired to live in a large house and now I do. And I started off seeing videos of mansions first before Ingot there. And these guys here helped my builder a great deal with their video and render.
