Debussy carefully used parallel chords. These chords were often in opposite directions of leading voices, or with sustained long tones in bass [ or in high register], or with repeated tone passages/ rhythmically ostinatos/ opposite to parallel chords

I see it more like this: In this piece, two very different keys are juxtaposed against each other: D minor (cold, lonely, lots of white keys) and D flat major (warm, comforting - lots of black keys). The piece begins in cold D minor (the motif is also as rigid as winter) and develops into a warm D flat major - at first very timidly, then more and more clearly, until D minor disappears completely. Only at the very end does the cold D minor return. The connection between the two keys is the whole-tone chord in bar 14.

If you haven't already (sorry for not checking), could you do one of these for Sibelius? Maybe using one of his Impromptus as an example (for preference, No. 5 in B minor).

'more like this' told you. 2 months ago i said Debussy - pentatonic scale in the middle of music. people like Debussy style + dynamic (like Mozart. symphony nº 35 I-Allegro con spirito or IV-Finale Presto) anyway i just understand music as a common sense.
