Hey guys welcome back to Esther Inspired in today's video we did a house tour in an apartment at thika ngoingwa estate ,it contains of 1 and 2 bedrooms units which are all ensuite,there is a secure and more than enough parking lot ,an equipped gym hall and a party house for the tenants also a borehole has been sunk to ensure everything is all well ,the one bedrooms are going for 20k, 22k and 23k depending on the printh area and the 2 bedroom going for 30k.
