Another beautiful video. Yea Thika is growing like crazy. I know the area its basically by TIBS. The apt is great but the first bedroom is a bit small and a bit dark but on the flip side I like the color and tiles plus of course plenty of water and large parking. Amazing work.

The kitchen window is in a very strategic location its very bright 🌞 its the painting fir me wow. The bathroom space is really spacious

Those tiles make the house look super busy. The walls should've been white for such tiles. If I were to move in, white wallpaper would definitely do and maybe a grey or wood-like flooring. But the house is nice generally and worth the price.

I like the open plan kitchen,, bt the combined bathroom is a no to me especially if you have a family,, bt the units are cute though they could have thought about electricity deposit,,

The house is great.The downside is the electricity deposit and those tiles are abit risky too slippery for a kitchen and living room.

Nice leo umetembea til 237! The houses are pretty decent with the first definitely looking better. But 2500 for electricity deposit and it's token style... They shud revise it downwards. Jomoko i feel is an upcoming area and with the new footbridge there many ppl will be comfortable crossing the highway. Btw, there's an apartment on the side of the petrol station not more than walking distance along Mang'u Rd please do those🙏🏾
