I was once in a commander league that had a limit of $1 per card, and commander didn't count. Had someone come in with Angus Mackenzie. Was very funny how badly that deck did. Muldrotha, Karador, and Edgar Markov were some of the top decks. I love budget restrictions. Wonderful game.

I wanna make mono green again, I'm stuck between doing Marwyn or Ezuri. Ezuri renegade leader is pretty nice because he has a pump ability on him, but Marwyn is really powerful, even on a budget. I did consider Yeva, Nature's herald once but the hype for that deck is long since dead, but it goes in the 99 for sure

I think the specification that matters is that 'Green is weak' in regards to cEDH. Where every color is playing their best stuff. White is nerfed from social contract(no Armageddon or similar 'balance' effects), red has Underworld Breech and Dockside, two of the strongest cedh cards right now. Blue is always powerful, free counters. Black has Ad Nauseam, a card you don't see below cEDH. And since cEDH doesn't care about social contracts, White gets all it's hatebears unlocked. Namely, Drannith Magistrate.

17:05 arbor elf can either untap a forest or add a green mana. It cant tap to untap the forest and create a green mana through rishkars passive simultaneously... also the manifest card doesnt enter the battlefield when flipped, so the beastiary shouldnt have triggered to draw. Yikes. Lots of misplays so far

Not including the commanders in the budget is such a copout
