That is correct. We are now living in very troubled times in America. Money does not matter a bit once you're dead.. sure you can live it up here, and thats ok if you have it, but you still need to follow Jesus Christ. The old saying, money is the root of all evil is so true. Everyone just make sure you are saved by Jesus...not sure its simple, look it up. its the ONLY way to enter heaven, a free gift but you need to turn away from sin. Better to live an honest life here with Jesus Christ your main concern than to live eternity in hell burning and toture for eternity. It will never ever stop. think about people@@jovenserdenola1679

I don’t blame him. African Americans especially males, are more often framed for things they didn’t do! Look at The Innocence Project. The doctor was arrogant, and tried to pin it on a black man. The doctor even suggested his wife may have been having an affair with the gardener. Further, if someone is laying at the bottom of a pool, with arms in a frozen position that suggests Rigor mortis (the forth stage of death, 1-6 hours) has begun to set in. The water was really cold so it could have taken longer. If that was me I wouldn’t have jumped into that pool, and touched that dead body either. The gardener was smart, because African Americans know…usually, we are not given the benefit of the doubt! Plus you could hear it in his voice that he was freaked out! Not to mention his teenage son was with him. I don’t blame him for NOT jumping in at all. Don’t get me wrong, lots of criminals who are black may indeed be guilty. Still more often then not just by virtue of being black we are suspect.

Assuming this guy did murder his wife, which isn't 100% proven, I still don't see how sending him to prison for life does anything for the victim. The victim is dead regardless. I only see the need for petty vengeance that you call justice at play. It's a simple, emotional, feeling, and not a particularly moral one.

@@ryanrandolph7734 1. a sentence is not made to "do anything for the victim". There are a host of factors, including but not limited to: punishment, protecting society, deterrence, and for justice being seen to be done as this impacts people personally involved and wider social groups, and society. 2. the murdered woman is not the only victim. She had children. The children are also victims, her friends are also victim. Indeed society as a whole is a victim. It is explicitly so in the sense that the state is the plaintiff. Your quite astonishingly callous and dangerous view boils down to this: if someone is dead no penalty affects them so none is required. By that reasoning every person who rapes someone, a woman, a child.would be better off murdering their victim as well. LIkewise anyone that someone assaults in anyway, or robs, or defrauds, or does anything illegal or unpleasant to. It ENCOURAGES murder. Wow. Quite the brilliant legal mind at work here. Fortunately for all societies, you are not involved in laws or courts.

She shouldn’t have married him for the money- she didn’t love him as she was always flaunting his money and not working and every time they had arguments and she she left he would take pictures of $100 bills on the bed and send it to her and she would come back? Why? He didn’t love her because he didn’t respect her- he knew that she was around because of the money, she wasn’t working and had tempers. They were wrong for one another. I am not saying that she deserved to die; what I am saying is that both of them were toxic. Also her friend was saying that she was a great mother because she had her kids in expensive clothes and strollers and expensive birthday parties- that doesn’t mean that you are a great mother( a real mother is attentive to her child’s emotional and mental health as well as physical health).

The inmate who gratified against him was probably bribed to do so. The gokf club was probably smeared with blood and the examiner said the injury wasn't consistent with a golf club, but rather a fist. Undoubtedly he was a guy who liked lots of ladies, but that doesn't make him a murderer. She also had a temper and allegedly lied about being a model. I guess everyone on Instagram is a model these days. It's old fashioned jealousy that put this guy behind bars. They couldn't solve the case so they built a frame around him with false evidence and low level false witnesses. Sad. They should find the real murderer and give this woman justice. Also, the 2 girls are now without a father and mother. The justice system failed them all it seems.

They don’t date “a good man”…they specifically date “white”, and they bash their own people and act like they’ve elevated, despite the fact they tend to date the bad versions. These are the black folks who always run away from and talk trash about us one they date white, then always come running back for our sympathy after they’ve been burned. I just think lessons need to finally be learned and our people need to focus more on contributing to community instead of running away from the community for others who don’t mean them well. This guy is beyond guilty. The statement about the hose and the slipper, driving to Panama City to call her phone and leave voicemail. No one leaves such detailed voicemail. He was trying to have an alibi, but the only thing is when she filmed him in the public pool that one time ( was she in the pool) or was she in the edge? But other than that everything points to him. He lost his home, sole custody of his kids, the crocodile tears according to the detective and whatever other marital assets. He never ever had a smile even in photos. He always looked miserable 😖

This is a sad story, especially for the innocent victims/the children 😢.
