Honestly seeing you slam the screen in made me glad i got a precut shell my second time. since my first hispeedido screen cracked when trying to remove it from my cloud gaming shell which cracked while screwing it in. Hoping their hispeedido (i'm sure i'm spelling it wrong at this point these companies need better names) Im hoping their brand of shells are good. This was an awesome video and shows how awesome gba modding can be :)

What keeps the laminated screen from falling out?

Is this IPS mod the Hispeedido IPS V5? How does it compare to something like Funny Playing's non laminated IPS LCD? I have had screen issues with the Funny Playing LCD (probably caused by a bad installation) and I've been looking at getting the LCD replaced.

My couzin caN do it under 7minuts. We were at a Family gathering. And he did it. Nana was impressed and uncle John said his screws were loose but the gameboy was tight.

gotta clean up those solder connections depending on the kind of flux you are using it could corrode

I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who does “speed runs” for these so I call it the wr. It’s not that serious though, just keeps it interesting after doing hundreds of these mods. But I literally turn it on to end the timer and then test all the buttons so idk what you’re talking about
