Use 24 hrs time then subtract from out time with in time. The result will automatically come😊😊
What should change format cell?
U can also use =abs function

7.34 makes sense to me, 20 minutes ÷ 60 minutes = 0.333...
You could have used the first formula and applied ABS over it.
PK Sir what is divisor? I'm your permanent student from Pakistan as i learn from your videos
If different dates comes... How do we do it. EG. In time 24.03.204;17.30 out time 25.03.2024;10.30. Please teach me

If different date comes, use maxifs with reference to date and employee name. Find maxifs and minifs, subtract the results and use text(hh:mm:ss) function to get the result in time format
If it's follow 24hrs format

1 is the divisor. So function returns only decimal value which is time.
This is wrong guys please don't follow from where you bring this time just give me 34 from where you have only 20 there !!
