Woh third example mein helper cells ki zarurat nahi hain aggar aap total hours k cell mein following formula daalte hain to =(ED+ET)-(SD+ST) = Total Hours. Isse bhi kaam chal sakta hain lekin aapne bohut he badiya explain kiya. Yeh uppar wala formula advance excel users k leye hain.

Hi Deepak, it is a great video and helped me out amazingly. I have a query how to check if one time slab crosses another time slab. For example employee no 1 work on a date with in a shift of 9 to 5, and if by mistake in same sheet entered wrongly the same employee work in a shift of 2 to 10 than it must show an error that employee is already working in shift of 9 to 5. Please help.

I need date difference where, time format is written in in single column. For eg, 7:00 AM- 7 PM Above time is written in single cell in whole 1 column. I need working hr of it in another coloum . Hello Deepak Sir. It's really working idea's you gave in Excel time calculation video. Can you pls tell me if I want to find time when date change like 18.00 hrs to next day 06.00 hrs Like this without converting it to AM PM form. Can I simply apply any formula to this. And if we goes for minutes like 10.45 hrs to 18.15 hrs will it work. Waiting for your reply Sir. Thank You for such information.

Hi Deepak, I want to calculate end time based on total time spent in the task. For example, a task took 45 mins to complete, the end time should be start time + total time spent. That is what I know, but if the end date moves to the next day then this formula does not work
