EXPANSION JOINT
=The joint which is used to connect with two different sections in a single unit with some gap between them is Known as expansion joint in the rail.
The expansion joint are used in rail because when the rail move on the rail The top section of the rail volume change due to load on the wheel and temperature effect of the rail and they get melt due to increase the volume of the rail section the gap of the rail filled the increase volume of the rail.
We can see the expansion joint are provided the rail joint in the suspended rail joint.
