Absolutely brilliant isn't it? I remember when this aired, I'd always liked Acaster's style, and this little gem endeared him to me a whole lot more. And then of course, he had to top it with "Part man, part machine ..." etc 😂😂

Brexit is the best thing Britain has done in decades, was a poor idea by an otherwise brilliant leader in Margret Thatcher. The E.U is nothing but a putrid rancid cesspool of vermin.

I second that. Ovid introduced me to this show, and my daughter used to watch it with me when she was in high school. We'd hang out and play some kind of game while watching this, and just have a good time talking. I have a lot of happy memories tied up with this show, and I appreciate Ovid showing us something we both liked and laughed with.

Milton Jones 'You can't Beatrice!' joke is an absolute classic. Mock the Week ma have come to an end, but Milton is eternal.

Robo-bongo-cuckoo-cop still gets me every time! 😊

The Harp bit will always be hilarious because of how we got there. "Well, that's the NATO summit covered" was the perfect button on that piece.

19:30 .The two Eds and their faux-altercation over Dara and Brian Cox. oh god, I remember hurting from laughing so much when I first saw that. So glad it was in this cut. Brilliant off-the-cuff comedy. Gamble's expression when Byrne throws the notepad at him, and later when Gamble picks it up - sheer brilliance 🤣🤣

Definitely a greatest hits of later years. Private Browsing, The Dip, Selfie Monkey, The Minions,... what a wonderful compilation for this occasion. Teared up laughing!

If only Andrew Schultz sees that his comedy special comes up so often when people search on here for Mock the Week episodes. Man! This show put such a smile on my face over the years. Hope it genuinely goes independent and gets another life beyond the BBC.

The sound guys joke was an underrated moment, glad to see it in here; gets me every time

Oh-so glad they included Private Browsing, one of the best ever moments. Really gonna miss this show.

Edit: Gary DeLaney's smear test joke (9:56) is amazing with this show's format, but I doubt it would go over too well on Strictly (but the attempt would be memorable). We need MtW for that type of humor.

Id like to send out a big shoutouts to all Mock the Week fans, what an incredible journey this has been. Love from Sweden!

When I worked as a Stagecoach bus driver at Preston and bought my breakfasts at the canteen, I used to sing my order to Sarah, the woman serving "two bacon, two egg, two sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms" to the tune of 'One finger, one thumb' and so on.
