MOCK CALL PRACTICE: Simple Outbound Call | Interactive Session 7
MOCK CALL PRACTICE VIDEO 7 - In this video, I show a simple outbound sales call. This is very basic but I'll have more videos soon! :)
I made this "interactive" so that I'm not the only one talking about the topic. I also want to hear your input after the call and to help you learn to evaluate and assess calls. I thought it's a great preparation for you! :)

• ✅ MOCK CALL PRACTICE 🎧...
Here are the guide questions (also on pinned comment):
1. What was the customer's concern?
2. How did the agent resolve the concern/issue?
3. What did the agent do well in the call? (GEMS)
4. What can the agent improve on? (OPPORTUNITIES)
5. If you're the agent, what will you do differently?

I’d been an outbound sales agent for 16 years now but I will never ask my customers (right party contacts) if they have 5-7 mins to talk most of them are busy and usually receive an average of 2-3 unsolicited calls per day 1. Introduce yourself and the company you’re calling from/behalf. 2. Tell them if the call is recorded for quality assurance purpose. 3. Purpose of the call 4. Presentation 5. Objection handling/Rebuttals 6. Close the sale

grabe ang easy nang customer.. minsan lng yan sa outbound... heheheh... kadalsan pahirapan mkuha kiliti customer.. lalo na pag 50_50 interested ang customer kailangan mo ng rebuttals na out of this world pero the thought is still there.. hehe

isa lng masasabi ko, never depend on your script if you guys have memorized it already and apllied it to your calls a week long. modify your script base on customer responses. ready made rebuttals sometimes arent enough to convince leads. instead, formulate your own rebuttals. there are 2 types of customers. hard and smooth. so create two.

Hi! Seems like this call has the smoothest call flow (this is a sample call.) The agent should verify by repeating all the information given by the customer. I liked her tone of voice during the call. I would imitate the way the agent handled the call, though I wold like inbound calls more even if there are nasty callers. Great insight.

Hi john
I would avoid asking if they have time to talk. It may used to work, but nowadays, its a taboo, i would go straight with introducing my name, and the company i represent, then straight away tell them the purpose of the call.. and all that should be done within 10 seconds.
Thank you very much for your help and encouragement videos. I am hoping to find a video related to an outbound call for a “SURVEY”.

You mean the call recording? There should be but you have to get the credentials while on call.
How my day goes: Me: Do you have 5-7 minutes to talk? Customer: No I don't. *click* (hangup) I like that you did a mock call but it is not as realistic. As the caller had no early interruption when you first called her and no objections. This mock call makes it seem like every call you get is going to be sunshine and awesomeness in sales when that is not always the case.
