When my mom was dying from cancer she woke up enough to ask my dad and I, who are all these people in the room? My dad and I looked at each other, we were the only ones in the room. I've heard this is quite common with people on their death bed.

I questioned if I could truly be loving and kind if I did not do this. I like some of his music, but his militant Veganism has never sat well with me. It's one thing to be a Vegan, and it's another thing to be militant, like The Vegan Teacher, or Morrissey. The irony of him living that completely drugged out and drunken lifestyle, while preaching militant Veganism at people is a bit much. I'm glad that he got sober, and survived though. It is a sad and scary story.

I recently started getting intense reflux pain in the middle of the night (I'm 35), I maybe drink once a month and it's only 1-2 beers. I am also healthy and not overweight at all. What really worked for me was not eating anything after 7pm and drinking less water after then. Went away completely.
