Mob James on Why He Doesn't Think Keefe D will Get Off By Saying He Lied about Everything (Part 7)

Ойын-сауық

Watch Full Interview: • Mob James on Suge Knig...
Part 6: • Mob James: Vlad Didn't...
Part 8: • Mob James & Vlad Debat...
--------
Mob James opened up about Keefe D's upcoming trial, which is set for June 3, 2024. The Las Vegas police only have interviews, book notes and witness statements. Keefe's possible defense may argue that they said what detectives wanted to hear and made up more details to avoid a potential life sentence-prompted by a charge fifteen years ago. However, given prior admissions, Mob James believes proving Keefe's innocence to the jury might prove challenging.

This case isn't the slam dunk a lot of ppl think it is. The Kading proffer cannot be used, unless there's some legal loophole I'm not aware of. The shootings of Pac and BIG has spawned a cottage industry. Guys whose main source of revenue is going from outlet to outlet talking about the situation, not to mention it's their claim to fame. Unless there's some evidence we don't know about, or Suge willing to say he looked Keefe in the eyes, it's Keefe story that he's changed 100s of times. That's the wild card, if they offered Suge a deal to release him for his testimony, would he take it. If not then offering Keefe a plea deal seems likely.

He’s not going to have to say he lied during the proffer session because in his court case in Vegas, that session never existed. The prosecution won’t be able to bring it up and use it against him because that was their agreement. If they mention the proffer session, it’s a mistrial. The only evidence they can use will be what he said in the KZread interviews and he can say he made THAT shit up to get views and make money.

Keefe D smarter than y'all think. He's going to claim self defense. He already set it all up. Said when he was telling the story that he saw them reaching and that's when and why he passed the gun off. He already set up the play

clever point on setting up the play!! when i heard it at the time of the book release i knew it was total bs.. but he threw in self defence to cover his ass... yes and the other thing is he didnt solely write the book it was co authored by yusuf jah.. so his lawyers could argue it was the other guy who wrote the part on the shooting perhaps.. i do hope he spends the rest of his life in prison though.. karma sucks.
