They have NOT found the life jackets from the missing men yet. Which is actually pretty key, since once they do find them WHERE they find the life jackets will mean a lot.

Because they probably had them on and are under the water stuck. Once the fish and crawfish eat them and there's nothing left but bones then the life jackets will be found

KINDA HARD TO FIND THE LIFE JACKETS IF THEY'RE BURIED WITH THIER BODIES....I THINK A CRIME WAS COMMITTED AT THE CAMPSITE WHICH RESULTED IN THESE 2 DEAD....WHAT IF 2 EMPTY CANOES WERE SENT DOWN THE FALLS AS THE COVER??????

Yes that's exactly why I said it's pretty key, if they find life jackets and where they're found would tell a lot. No life jackets found = still trapped under water and wearing life jackets Life jackets found in the middle of the lake or washed ashore = still trapped under water but they weren't wearing life jackets Life jackets found up the shore a ways = they survived and got to shore but then got lost. By now (9+ days post) the first scenario is most likely. So sad for their families.

They were sucked under the current and are probably stuck on rock somewhere getting eaten by crawfish right now. Sucks that it happened but thats the reality of the situation.

Pretty brutal description but unfortunately you aren’t far off. The water power will keep their bodies trapped for some time

send their families the bill. Not the taxpayers.

National Guard better prepare for Taiwan

People go out and do things that they are not capable of doing, then when they get hurt or killed people are shocked. I have never camped out in Bear country, have never went swimming in Shark infested waters, never jumped out of a plane, and so on, you shouldn't either. The End. oh and I have never went over a water fall.

@adventureswithpurpose should help in the search. I bet they could find them pretty quickly and help the families gain closure.

They are not equipped to do searches in that type of water at all. To dangerous for even the best and most experienced to go under the water there
