Remember kids, if a move is illegal, that just means it's really good and will serve you well in self defence.

Luke is inspired by MMA, he basically uses MMA, but modeled his technical gameplay after Ryu and Ken, he’s the same archetype in game as them.

Someone told him that he's pronouncing Zangief wrong, but no one told you that he's pronouncing Ryu wrong? That's crazy. Lol. Loved the video.

Blanka doesn't headbutt, he bites. It's not as obvious as before since they removed the blood effect.

Marisa fighting style pankration which is consider to be the early forms of MMA back in Greece and is mostly use by men. What I love about Street Fighter and the devs that make the game is that they do research of fighting styles they needed to add in the game and brakes stereotypes for female fighters using them, Marisa being one whom embraces tradition and utilized in her own way.

I'm sure we can all forgive his pronunciations of the names, but for the sake of myself, I have to call it out. "Raiyu"

RJ Clifford’s the most ideal guy to have a beer with and talk about all things martial arts!

I love RJ Clifford, but listening to Ryu's name pronounced as "Rye-ooh" pains me to no end. You don't say "Sho-RYE-OOH-KEN", hehe.

Every time I hear it pronounced "Rai-you," I die a little bit inside. Remember: If there's an in-game announcer, they pronounce the names correctly.

funny enough, he mentions that women fighters tend to use Jiujitsu more and also that it was a bit off that they chose to have Blanka be a monster instead of Brazilian Jiujitsu... and in the previous Street Fighter, the Brazilian rep in the initial roster was a woman who used Brazilian Jiujitsu (Laura Matsuda)

Sweet to see Mr. Clifford again! Pretty much always really like his reactions, analyses and some inputs on all that is shown, and there's something about his style of speaking that keeps me hooked. The videos with him on the previous Tekken game thusly are some of my favourites on this channel.

Not sure if people mentioned it already, but the reason for the how they pose characters for attacks is for player readability. You need to see what type of attack your opponent does for a proper counter attack.
