I served in 6/37FA 83-85 we were the some of the first 13M. My Battery was the forth battery to be fielded in the Army. We were attached to the 6/37FA battalion. Alfa, and Bravo were 8inch guns. We were the only MLRS battery in Korea at that time. If you are, and were a 13M in Korea. This is your history.

This is during the time when I was at the FRO while on rotation there. B31, B BTRY, 2-4 FA. King of Battle!

That Major General use to be my Bn XO in Iraq in 2003-2004 1-67 Armor 4th ID . He was also involved in the training of the actors in the movie Fury.

I was there with A38 FA. One time we snuck up the back of the mountain that they are firing over. The rocket were going past just over head :)

Good old steel rain! And hey I recognize SSGT Trep! I Was his Drunner Driver/Gunner at Fort Hood in Alpha 1-21FA back in 2012/2013!

What are they shooting at? Anybody truly know? I'm an old Vietnam era vet and I'm curious. Do they use a forward observer to call for fire? Is it a pre-planned mission?

13m in Germany 🇩🇪. I got to drive Her in the snow!! What a BEAST. I even recovered her ALL BY MYSELF. My gunner went to PLDC, and my section chief disappeared!! It’s ok. I got her all cleaned up and the LTC was cool, so 🇩🇪💪🏼

Ok, what do the 2 stars on that soldier mean? He looks awfully young to be a Major General. I've known Majors older than him.

Doubt it, probably just briefing him on the day's objective. Can't make out his rank but he looks like a first sergeant or sergeant major which is a high rank for an enlisted man. Which also explains why he was conversing with other high ranking officials. Unlike you.

maybe that black guy and I spent time in foxholes together... He is the command sgt major... highest enlisted man in the unit...The AA means he served in the 82nd Airborne... maybe he has a masters degree and can walk about anywhere and a veteran would buy/give him anything he wants... you are disrespecting one of the greatest men in the military...
