I a lucid dreamer would be immune because if the virus appears in my dreams, I can change it into whatever I want or just change my dream because lucid dreamers can control their dreams.

Being a lucid dreamer might not matter because it would follow you and would try to get back into your dream, it will always be there in your dreams and you can't exactly run from it
