As someone who played left field, 3rd base, and catcher... I can say the most fun I had was catcher. Every play comes to you As a catcher.. Worse play seeing a kid getting hit in the face by our hardest pitcher. Blood all over. I met him a couple years later and found out he lost 2 teeth Funniest play was a wild pitch that hit the bar of the backstop and came right back to me. Runner took off for 3rd base. I threw it sidearm which put lateral spin on the ball. I watched it curve back toward the runner and hit him in the head. He was fine but it was funny

Yes, it was. All day long. I wish that clip was a little longer. I'd like to hear the announcers' explanation for why they thought it was a foul ball.

0:57, you can hear him say "I caught it!"
