The same shit happens in the nba and nfl 😂. I’ve seen clips where random and interesting coincidences happen on point. Like two players adjusting their helmets the same way at the same time or two players at opposite sides of the court who not happen to be wearing those arm bands on the same arm adjusting them at the same time.

Imo Losing up B out of shield is what's doing marss in since the genesis win. Since the nerf it's much harder to connect. It such an important move for punishing out of shield. I can see marss barely used or connected it in this game.

@@scrublord9505 grounded footstool puts the opponent in 21 frames of lag so any move within that frame range that can actually hit the opponent is a true followup after grounded footstool. this is the concept behind footstool oos. since zss dair is frame 14 (according to the smash frame data app), it is indeed a true follow up after the grounded footstool. the moves that work best after the footstool are those that direct a character’s momentum down like sheik’s, zss’s, and seph’s dairs or have really big hitboxes underneath them

I've watched that final dash attack that Leo used to seal the victory over and over again... It doesn't look possible or real. What human has that level of spacing and reaction time? Anyone that plays this game competitively knows how difficult it is to not misinput a smash attack there out of a fast fall. Not to mention the level of conditioning that it took to have Marss not expect it. Insane.

@@-Carne-Asada- ...because you nair inbetween which lasts long enough to reset the timer. Up B> Up B never connects no matter what DI AND even if your opponent did nothing while you drifted below them and did it again it wouldn't grab because of the regrab timer. It was definitely a mistake.

No, because in a best of 5 set, you are not in danger of being eliminated when at 0-1, which is why a Reverse 3-0 only counts when you're down 0-2.

nah, has to be a 3-2 victory starting with losing two games. Also 'reverse sweep' is a way better way of expressing this, 'reverse 3-0' seems to be a smash thing, but it's awkward to say for sure.

A reverse 3-0 is when you are on the brink of getting 3-0 but then you reversed it. So it has to be losing 2 games, then turning it around.

Nah, Byleth extends it's arm in the animation, and ZSS hit the extended hurtbox... Although that BAir has a lot of hitbox as well

Nair was -2 on block, so it was safe against anything duento the fastest option in the game beeing frame 3 OOS, also nair is her best combo tool at mid percents, so she is using it a lot in neutral, now it is -4 on shield, so is a lot less safe. Then there is up b, which was tied for the second fastest OOS option in the game, other than that, the move is small af, so its pretty hard to hit and if you miss, you get punished, now is frame 6 which matters a lot, because this game is full of moves that are safe on block, and now her fastest option is frame 6(except for footstool down air which doesnt have to long since it inception). So now she relies more on her zair, which is basically the same as nair because it is -2 as well, but has less combo potential, in compensasion it is big, but is not great to close up combat, is better for retreat or keep the enemy in check.

I hope Tweek and MKLeo both settle on their main 2-3 characters in *singles*. Tweek just doesn't have a 3rd he's confident enough singles which is fine. I just wish he wouldn't pull out characters like Wario when he's already said there's something wrong going on if he does use Wario in bracket. Then again that could all be a mind game. Doesn't seem likely for Tweek though. Doesn't seem like someone that would need to make plays. TK is right about MKLeo and Aegis.

@@owenbritain6677 People are also just figuring ZSS out. ZSS does literally nothing dangerous unless you make decent sized mistakes. Lots of characters can out-box her, so relentless pressure doesn't actually work unless it causes the opponent to mess up. She's still extremely good because she has the kit to "force" mistakes, but if you have a level head and amazing fundamentals (Leo...or even how elegant played this tournament) she has to slow down.
