I would print a 3d Angle bracket brace that could attach (and detach) using two u shaped slots to the back of the center screen and can pivot on a hinge to fold down when not in use without having to be detached. Ideally Monduo should incorporate this into their design.

It depends on how heavy are the screens and how is their weight distributed, if they're heavy and all the weight is held by the screen then they definitely should! The hinges of the laptop will wear out very quickly

You'll need a strong screen hinge though I would think. Partly to keep it from pulling your screen down and partly due to extra stress being put on it over time. Looks awesome though.

I think it would be even better if you use a stand so that the laptop is higher. That way the screens can all be at eye level and there doesn’t need to be that odd angle formed from compound angles

The correct way is multiple screens on top of the main display. Not out to the side. Saves your neck that way

what about the hinges i think hinges will break in bottom if any movement gives they need to provide some back support to the floor their own weight in the surface where laptop is placed

How many times have they had to reply and tell people that it has an adjustable stand to help the hinge hold the weight???😂😂 The only thing I see that should be improved/fixed is these extra screens don't sit at a good viewing angle because they have no vertical tilt adjustment, so when your main screen is tilted to an ergonomic angle these will be angled very sub optimally. Interesting product though, I'll be watching for future improvements in the design and ergonomics.
