finished this a month ago, nice touch to the car and a little benifit but I've gone with a stage 2 kinetic turbo setup. I also had the 260 tt and chip but was a nice touch and felt a nice power gain for the 2.slow. awesome progress!

Christian Smith still haven't done it yet getting my mechanic to due the wiring and trying to weld on a small metal plate for the sensor on the manifold so once that gets done I'll start and will be replacing my fuel filter at the same time

3:13 All 5 of these are supposed to be Allen bolts so you can slip a standard "L" shaped Allen wrench between the intake runners and remove the two hidden bolts. Excellent video none the less.

Were lucky to have you representing VW and Jetta. I don't know what you do for a living. I would recomend new car sales. You would make about 80K your first year. 125K your second year. They would eventually put you in F&I where you would easely double that amount. There is a nice Mercedies dealer in Bend Oregon. Also a Porscha Audi VW BMW in Bend Oregon. The owner is dick but he pays well. Keep up the good work. Love the video/ Peace Out.

Unrelated question. I assume you've had rust that needed repair. We're you able to go to the junk yard and cut your own rocker panel etc yourself? If so what did you use, how long and involved is it

Yea you dont have a crazy bend in cable cause the mk4 cable is like 10inch longer. Because your moving the throttle body to the opposite side now with thr mk4 mani same reason you extend the mass air flow wiring. When i did mine I took the wiring from the mk3 maf out at a junk yard i cut the harness back like 10inch and added it to mine so i didnt have to extend 4 wires and splice 8 times.
