I have got best idea for Shang Stung ! Use Shang Stuneg stone on him and when he kill opponents he will heal your entire team and that mean you steal their souls to yours !

Star, here’s a tip with Shang: When tagging in and staying as him, make sure you press the special attack first, and then press on his icon. Your special two will connect every time from what I can tell, and it will protect you from being hit on tag in. This does not seem to work when morphing into other characters however

Star did you check if you could do the characters Crushing blows even as Shang Tsung? Since you can do Raiden’s basic combo ender, 90%+ on scorpion’s hell spear, jade’s 90%+ on special 2, and sub-zero’s 90%+ on ice slide? This will be a good discovery as it will make Shang Tsung even more powerful against mk11 characters.

15:42 when you turn into another character you still have the mk11 team snergy and you don't have to use shang tsung u can use him as a support character like day of the dead kitana to heal your other mk11 character. I'm excited to get the guy he becomes available for souls. I definitely don't think shang tsung is top 3 mk11 character but he's really fun to play I think and he's a pretty decent diamond card

yup, imo top 3 mk11 characters are like Kabal, Noob Saibot and I think scoprion, but Sindel is good as well kinda cause her passive.

Hi Starinsky, Please play with the SF scorpion, KW skarlet and ravenous Mileena. Shang tsung is healing when he transforms to other character because of this passive. Whenever mk11 team mates defeat enemy they have 35% to heal (Shang Tsung passive)

If you put maxed out Scorpion & Sub Zero with any character including a Bronze character it would be a very good/great team. Common ⭐️. Add the maxed out gear you always seem to use on these accounts and BAM = WINS!

In my opinion, MK11 Shang Tsung is one of the best diamond cards. The ability to become an opponent is very useful if they have unblockable specials with good DOT'S, especially given that Shang generates power to SP2. Also the health gain when defeating an opponent is great. Let's not mention his SP2 is UNBLOCKABLE and has vampirism which is super useful. He works best in an MK11 team but he is amazing. Super underrated.

MK11 Shang Tsung is best having both Soulsnake Arms and Shang Tsung's Stone. Rusty Chainsaw and a power generation equipment will complete the great set for Shang Tsung. Also, MK11 Shang Tsung, Kabal and Noob Saibot make the best MK11 Team as of 3.1 . Reverse stun, counter with Noob's shadows and gain health on enemy KO. Also draining enemy health with Shang Tsung's Stone.

Shang Tsung may not be a good MK11 character but it proves that he can be played with other different teams instead of being in a MK11 team. He can be used as good damage dealer as he can regenerate and stay in the battle round longer. Identity steals can be useful as it is a game changing scenario and make him a tricky character to deal with. In my opinion Shang Tsung is great character but has to be controlled in a different way.

I got shang tsung for when i play this for the first time they gave me diamond pack and get him randomly, Netherrealm always randomly gave away pack for first time player playing it.

I did this team with the best gear as possible and maxed out including Shang tsung and I destroyed sorcerers tower while only dying 5 times and beat it in the first day because spent souls to play more and you what diamond I got and gear the gear I got was Shang tsung brutality which I fused and I got another Shang tsung but I maxed so I just got more souls

A team with mk11 noob saibot, freddy (mk11 scorpion) and cos liu kang will be awesome thanks to noob's passive.

Shang tsung is very op but I wouldn't use him a lot because he is very important.

Recently I have been using MK 11 team which includes Sub-zero, Shang Tsung & Noob Siabot. Noob is beneficial when you do his special 2 and he summons shadow (with 35% health). and he defeats an opponent, his health goes from 35% or less to 100% which essentially means you are playing with 4 characters. Just my opinion.

I actually like the morphing ability I think shang tsung is one of the three - five best.

In FW leaderboards I noticed a guy with longest run of 1 and 6 million points..That's Fvckkkin unbelievable !!

Mk 11 shang tsung and mk11 Rain are Absolutely INSANE TOGETHER!!

Shang Tsung using x-ray vs another Shang Tsung or vs bronze and silver characters just end in a normal strike doing the same damages of regular x-rays. There are videos that show this happening but i don't remember which channel.
