It think you should try klassic shang tsung with klassic rain, first soak a character with rain and then do shang tsung sp2 and select cripple or weaken so that you can have team debuffs all the time

@@nusanmerahmenyala3584 It doesn’t matter what debuff. As long as it comes from a Klassic character there’s a 75% chance to apply it to a whole team if klassic rain soaks just one opponent. And no soak isn’t limited to klassic rain when Klassic Shang Tsung uses it. It works the exact same. He doesn’t just copy the special attacks, he copies the debuff too did you even watch his gameplay video or read his passive? Because it doesn’t look like it. You don’t know what you’re talking about. Mand tested it and he was able to team soak using Klassic rain and Klassic Shang Tsung.

I think MK mobile closed the server only on belgium due to some regulation that they cannot comply.
