MIX MILK WITH VINEGAR! FORGOTTEN 60'S RECIPE! This is how a great-grandmother cooked - this is a great recipe!
YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW IT IS MADE QUICK AND DELICIOUS! ANYONE CAN DO IF YOU HAVE FLOUR, MILK, WATER, SALT and a spoonful of vinegar at home!
Simple and very tasty!
Recipe and ingredients:
250 ml warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
7g dry yeast.
Mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon grape vinegar.
Add 80 ml vegetable oil.
Separate the egg white from the yolk.
add egg white.
Sift 500 g flour.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Mix all ingredients well.
Knead the dough in a bowl.
Knead the dough on the table.
The dough should be homogeneous and elastic.
Grease the bowl with oil.
Cover and set in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide into 2 parts.
Divide both parts of the dough into 20 equal parts.
roll up balls.
Repeat after me.
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Grease a casserole dish with butter.
Mozzarella cheese topping.
Roll out a ball of dough.
You can also add any cheese you like.
Repeat after me.
Repeat this process with each part.
Place the buns in a casserole dish.
Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the yolk.
Brush the buns well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
While the buns are baking, prepare the sauce.
2 tablespoons soft cheese like ricotta.
2 tablespoons condensed milk.
Add 1 tablespoon sour cream.
Mix well.
Use the pastry case.
Thats very delicious!

@@difk6950 C'est du vinaigre de vin, du vinaigre normal en fait. Sinon n'importe quel vinaigre fera l'affaire, vinaigre de cidre, vinaigre blanc... et même du citron, l'important c'est de mettre un acide😊
