Your talking about @:50 with the 10mm socket and he started on that small top piece between the hood and bumper? If so, same question... Is that just one small piece that comes off separately?

I tried removing the bumper hardly&forgot to remove 2 peices of10mm bolts then 1pair of white plastic brackets inside my bumper were broken🤭

Does mean I can convert my 2017 bumper to older model bumpers?

You could but plan that carefully. If you go with Evo bumpers, those are wider, and you will need to get Evo fenders to match.
