On March 25, 2024, MITRE opened our new AI Assurance & Discovery Lab with special guests including Sen. Mark Warner, Rep. Donald Beyer, Rep. Gerry Connolly, and national and regional leaders in artificial intelligence innovation.
The new lab provides state-of-the-art capabilities to support decision makers as they implement AI-enabled systems in high-stakes environments-from defense to transportation to health.
With dedicated, configurable space for collaboration, human-machine teaming investigations, and modeling and simulations, the lab’s mission is to proactively discover and mitigate risks to AI-enabled systems.
