    Thank you for this. Pretty sure I'm about to hear this diagnosis among others based on the results of my last echo. I'm 28 and suffer with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome as well.

    Mitral valve stenosis can also be a late effect, decades later, of radiation treatments for cancer when the field included the heart. This is particularly true for persons treated for Hodgkin Lymphoma as children and young adults. The aortic valve is typically affected too.

    during exhalation, the septum moves to the right and more volume of blood come into left ventricle...and during inspiration there is increased venous return and the septum moves towards left side and the right ventricle enlarges ... But you told that during exhalation septum moves towards left ...which one is crct sir??
