MedCram - Medical Lectures Explained CLEARLY

MedCram - Medical Lectures Explained CLEARLY

Clinicians and students deserve better medical education!

We’ve sat through dense PowerPoint lectures with way too much info crammed into each slide and wondered... are we supposed to read all this and listen to the instructor at the same time?

We’ve spent hours studying a new topic - only to get frustrated weeks later when we can’t recall the key ideas.

We’ve received “textbook” medical explanations that often lack clinical context and fail to highlight the most important concepts.

MedCram.com offers a dramatically more efficient, engaging, fun, and lasting way to learn and review medical topics. MedCram was founded in 2012 by Dr. Roger Seheult and one of his former PA students, Kyle Allred, with one word in mind: CLARITY

Join over 1,500,000 clinicians and students who’ve utilized MedCram to:
- Become a better clinician
- Score better on exams
- Cut down on study time
- Get CME, CE, MOC points (over 60 hours)

MedCram = More Clarity, in Less Time

I went my doctor and told him. I can't wake up. He sent me to a sleep lab. When they put on the CPAP. It was like I took my first breath in life. When I saw the Pulmonologist, said I sure hope I get that machine because it was like going into a candy store and having anything you want. Please don't take my lollipop away. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and given a bipap. I went back for my Check up. I was sleeping 12 to 16 hrs on the machine. He told me, I am lucky if we get 4 hrs. You have something else. He said, I am not a betting man, but you have narcolepsy. I laughed at him. No way,, I don't fall into my mashed potatoes. Well after my night and day of sleep deprivation MSLT. I was diagnosed with narcolepsy too. I have learned a lot of what narcolepsy is and what it is not. I am grateful for my bipap. Thank you for the knowledge.

Man somebody needs to measure me…..I’ve been using the sauna 7 days per week since 2006. I also put herbs in the gallon of water that I drink and I’m do 80 minutes per day. 20 min straight with 3 min cold showers in between then 10 min rounds until I total 80 min. I’m 51 and people swear I look 35. It definitely works but it takes dedication as the temperature is about 185 to 195 depending on the time of year. It’s a beast but I will never quit 🤷🏿

The problem I have with this so called "study" is that people that are obese or have cancer or type 2 diabetes will see low carb as the enemy, when the reality is it is reversing metabolic disorders. If not low carb what then will help them? More meds and high carb diet low fat with no meat or dairy to reverse type 2? Will a low fat high carb diet make a tyoe 1 diabetic live longer making them use less insulin.? For all you Christian's out there ask yourself what Jesus did to heal his body. He fasted. Jesus had periods low carb intake from practicing fasting. Now if you go out and fast for 40 days you will most likely die. Autophagy is what happened. He showed us we can heal our selfs through fasting . Even your champion Dr Greger said eating one more toward the early part of the day is what his family does. So even if you are not a low carb person you are lowering your carb intake causing your pancreas to release insulin less. Eat your carbs in the morning and if you have to eat later eat your low carb food then. Quit grazing and stay out of the center of the grocery store.

I had this event 3 weeks ago, my sordium was 109 and I had convulsion. In my case it was a complication of Dengue fever and adrenal insuficiency, but I left the Intensive care 3 days later with a 127, I just fell pain in a leg nerve, everything else is ok, no brail lesion, do you think it could be myelin loss?

For all you geniuses that think long covid is only vax injury, long covid here, 3 years, no vax. Stop being so damn cognitively biased and open your little pea brains up, they can both be very harmful but there are obviously other variables involved!

Thankfully my gut instincts told me to avoid as well as self education showed me that overwhelming any system with such a strange uncommon spike rna vaccine, is dangerous. When I got Covid tested positive for about 5 days non vaccinated and felt fine!? Why? This doesn’t line up with what we were doing all locked up and scared to death? It’s didn’t even feel like I was sick?

Ignoring the experience of thousands of real people improving health by removing fruit and veg. You do realise people can debunk this using their own glucose monitors. Bananas giving the same response as a snickers bar. This has been done 100s of times. You're also ignoring the terrible effects of fructose which is 11 X as glycating as glucose. You're the one spreading fallacies. Fruits not good for you

Northern latitudes here. I get out a lot! Work out five days a week, plus bought my own red light/Nir unit and use it. Plus go to one of our gums locations where they have full red light treatment rooms. I am hoping it might help healing? I use a NIT bulb for my restless legs and it really helps.

Doctor Seheult, can you please tell me if its true that low dose melatonin taken for too long is more detrimental to the pineal gland than the occasional 5mg? And does the low dose (0.3mg) not get metabolised faster, which means that one could take it closer to sleeping time than the regular?

I recently was on 50,000 IUs of vitamin D3 for 12 weeks, then switched to over the counter to maintain it. Yeah, Im not doing that prescription BS again. As the high dosage was wearing off as I switched to over the counter, I fell into very deep depression which turned into similar symptoms of a nervous breakdown. My therapist and nutritionist both told me to stop taking the D3, and most of what I described had subsided, almost completely by the 4th day. I still have a little here and there but its tamed now.... A lot of doctors dont know what they're doing. They rely as much on Google as we do
