I watched states like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia very closely. In both Wisconsin and ESPECIALLY Pennsylvania Trump trajectory was so far ahead I remember thinking just before going to "there's no way this could naturally swing the other way." I mean Trump was ahead by almost 200k votes in Pennsylvania with 90% reported. It was statistical anomaly after statistical anomaly.

I think this is a misnomer. One of the reasons for Trump's popularity is that he *isn't* a traditional Republican. It's why he's been able to pull many from the other side of the aisle. That being the case, Mitch isn't a Rino..... he's what the Republican party actually looks like. I'd argue that guys like Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham are the norm, not exceptions.

In larger context, we have the government we do because the only way one side wins is with the help of their opposition. And the weaker party seems to drive the political process... We have a one party state. They just decided for "a choice". The Democrat party votes in a monolith 90-95% in party favor, while the Republicans range from 60-80% party favor. My mom’s theory is Trump knew what the plan was and told all his supporters to show up so they’d dilute those there for trouble. She thinks basically everyone on the right is a bad faith actor. Charlie Kirk, all the Daily Wire “talent”, Tucker, Musk, etc. She also thinks anyone Trump promotes is a sign to NOT trust them. I never understood the logic, why would anyone do that? Then one day she added, “they always go after anyone Trump promotes, so why would he promote anyone he wants to protect from them?” And it actually made some sense. Who knows what the truth of it all is though? So much ambiguity.

Everybody needs to get out and vote regardless of what the polls say.

I remember seeing a video of a congressman objecting to the electoral vote. Pence asked, "Do you have a senator to stand with you." That's when Ted Cruz stood up. This has never happened before when the democrats, with regularity, objected in the past regarding the election of a republican president. Why did that action not move forward once order was returned, and congress reconvened?

Imagine a senator going before congress and making a plea not to audit the taxpayers, trusting that everyone filled out their forms correctly and paid the taxes mountains of complex IRS paperwork demands they must pay.

These issues with politicians running amok all over the Rule of Law , passing laws that protect them from prosecution, passing any law that grants immunity to anyone in any capacity in any Government, local, state Federal , is a crime.

Mitch served for 36 years? Well, there you have it! He's sedentary and needs replaced! Term limits must be demanded!

Totalitarianism is a concept for a form of government or political system that prohibits opposition parties, restricts individual opposition to the state and its claims, and exercises an extremely high degree of control over public and private life.

I called his office, begging him to support an audit. Of course, this fell on deaf ears.

They only follow the law when it suits their hold on power.

We MUST set up automatic term limits. It woyld be easy. Cut ALL congressional salaries to $40,000 per YEAR. VERY few perks like they pay for their own meals and if they want to live in DC, PAY FOR IT! And the "pay check" STOPS when you leave office. Guaranteed we would be begging people to run for office!!

I would think that the most embarrassing thing to a person would be the guilt of screwing people over. Many of us go through life knowing we are open to a good healthy balance. I could not imagine having a head sunk so deep into a night mare way of thinking, to justify becoming corrupt.
