This was an incredible year for public television. PBS was still called NET and Mister Rogers and Sesame Street were brand new. I was in the first grade watching this on the in-class televisions.

That’s ok,Mr Rogers. You don’t have to bring something for us every day. Just you spending time with us is the most important thing. We appreciate it though

My favorite childhood TV show growing up he taught me so many wonderful lessons in life ❤️ Mr Rogers to be who I am right now along with my parents grandparents and everyone else the Lord Jesus Christ teachers mentors pastors everybody it takes a community
