First tip. Go to rent in the winter. Less people moving. Less likely to be given insane prices. Coming back after the video because I said this before it started

Although the reasons listed in the video are things to consider, we'd like to add: Don't assume that moving is the answer to your issues. Moving comes with its own expenses and problems to consider. Keep your options open. Learn through touring other properties what you like and don't like. Analyze what is essential for you. It is quite necessary to try understanding the bigger picture based on what you want when it comes to your new apartment. And, always read the lease agreement carefully and thoroughly before putting your signature on it. After all, finding your place to call home is a big decision. We wish you the best of luck on your apartment hunting!

I didn't see the actual apt and was upset how poorly the actual apt looked. When I informed the manager, he did very little to improve it. My lease was signed and I had to live with that crappy carpet. 😠

I wouldn’t recommend negotiating the price if the property just went up. Someone will like take it!

I believe your bank statements are private. A notarized, or simple letter from your employer, or whoever your income comes from is sufficient, and a simple letter from your bank stating you do have an account there and that you have been rightstanding with your banking (no problems concerning you). Your account numbers should not be disclosed, nor bank statements, nor your tax papers.

All drivers must give the right away of all First Responders, ER Units and any Emergency Flashers a priority. It's an issue in public traveling. Drive by law not personal feelings but do be a friendly driver. It pays to be kind and considerate of others. Thanks.

This guy lives in Tucson Arizona? Which means no snow between December and April. When you live up North you have to think about weather conditions when you're ready to move. It makes moving a lot easier without snow and ice. 👍

The new landlord wants me to cancel the old apartment before I receive the new lease. Isn't that nonsense? If I quit my apartment there is no going back, I have to move out. The homeowner wants all tenants with open-ended leases out of his rental house. Isn't the rule that I have to have my new lease first before I give notice to my old apartment?

Just pay cash up front and be done with it.
