I noticed the top 6 format benefited the USA the most, as they entered the top 6 in 6th place in 90,91,93 and 94. In 95 and 97, serious contenders were shut out of the final 3, opening the door for USA to win.

Guadalupe Jones tuvo mucho porte y presencia en el escenario además de una entrevista estupenda (como porte y entrevista estupenda en inglés tuvieron 3 años antes Amanda Olivares 2ndRU y 2 años antes Adriana Abascal 4thRU). Lupita tuvo suerte de que en 1991 fueran las negociaciones del TLC, de lo contrario siendo un certamen muy politizado, habría ganado la URSS por el tema de la Perestroika y el fin de la G. Fría.

LED besides "cheating" is also a combination being sterile but also overdone in a strange way. Uninspired. It also must be very hot and uncomfortable for the contestants, performers and hosts, and using too many energy resources.
