What are your expectations and theories for Miss Scarlet and The Duke Season 4? Will Eliza and William get together? Tell me below!

I just don’t want the writers to mess up Eliza’s and Williams big talk about becoming a couple and turning it into a joke; too many tv series with female and male co-leads get into some kind of romantic relationship, gets married and poof, the series is cancelled - yes, I’m looking at “Castle” - I’d love for Miss Scarlett and The Duke to continue for a few more years at least. It just feels like when the lead characters take their relationship to the next level, it’s a kiss of death to the show.

I disagree! I'm thinking about the Nick and Nora Charles series. There was plenty of stylish sizzle! And I think the ongoing issue of balancing their life together both personally and professionally would open up a lot of possibilities!

Murdoch Mysteries had the 2 main characters finally marry after several seasons, and the series is still going strong many seasons later.

Great cast, pretty good writing and I actually don't care for the *Duke*! There isn't a woman alive that would hook up with a man who is constantly yelling at her, belittling her, and then dismissing her! I like the Nash character so much better, but I think she needs a younger, handsome, titled guy who jumps in with Eliza and her investigations with absolute enthusiasm!!

I hope they get together soon

Love the show but would like to see Eliza and the Duke move toward each other not further apart. Please don’t make Nash a love interest for Eliza. That would ruin things for me.

I agree. I have never liked Nash. William and Eliza need to be together. If the writers put Nash and Eliza together that is it for me. I would quit watching.

I hope the show will bring them together. It’s getting a little old to see the will they won’t they pattern every season. It’s time to move forward and address the elephant in the room. They are good together they just have to learn to compromise on what they will and will not accept in the relationship and learn to work together professionally.

I like the Moses character, the guy who has an unexplored but interesting back story! The William character is always yelling at Eliza and telling her to *stay home and be a normal, obedient woman*..........not attractive in any man, at all!

they have to get together if not that’s the end of the series ….

They are messing up the characters in the show. Something is going on & it's not looking good for the show to last. Eliza can not carry the show on her own. The other main characters are needed. They all seem to be a good fit from the beginning. The last two episodes of season 4.... couldn't pull it off. Looks like a cancelled show for future.
