Exactly, I really felt bad for Pia. She was not able to make her first walk as Miss Universe. Her moment of glory was stolen due to this tragedy. And yet some ignorant people are hating on pia and bashing her etc when she literally didn't do anything. It's Steve Harveys fault not Pia nor Miss Colombia's fault.

Clarissa and Pia have had a lot of photos together during their Miss Universe days. They are one of the closest girls. Sweet si Clarissa kasi she really made the effort na gumawa ng collage nila ni Pia congratulating Pia on her new life plus isinama pa nya si Maxine Medina, the Miss Universe Philippines 2016 and Miss RD also cheered and mentioned Maxine FTW! Napa ka nice and in my opinion pinakamagandang delegate sa Miss Universe 2015. She deserved to be in the top 3. Mas maganda sya ng malayo kay Ariadna.

yes she did something that should be done..she was very professional..she was not hypocrite..it was normal because she's from Colombia too so she just feel sad for Ariadna..

The way Pia go to Columbia and want to talk to her at the stage is 100% RESPECT. She's so humble and that makes her the real Miss Universe.

The 1st and 2nd runner ups were printed on the upper left side of the card, while the miss universe winner was written on the bottom right side of the card and apparently the way Steve held the card, his thumb covered the winner so he thought the first runner up is the miss universe.

I honestly don't get why the other contestants acted so rashly towards Pia for the crowing mistake even though it wasn't her fault. But I could only imagine what Miss Colombia went through in that moment thinking she won the crown and it was all suddenly gone in a moment. Many of the contestants stated their opinions on the matter and it was nothing but bad stuff they had to say about Pia. This really just goes to show how immature and shallow these beauty pageant titleholders are.

Y’all see Pia’s reaction when that huge group of girls walked straight past her :/. She seriously didn’t deserve the backlash Edit: Since a lot of people in the comment section are saying it’s totally reasonable for the girls to walk past Pia. Like if you watched the actual afterwards video those girls including Miss Columbia took their anger out on Pia. That’s why I feel so bad for her. They should of directed that anger to Steve & not her. It’s not Pia’s fault!! Pia even tried to talk to Miss Columbia but all those girls told her to get away/ go away. Well, in fairness there were also a huge crowd of girls who went to her to congratulate her and some of the girls after going to Miss Colombia also went to Pia and greeted her. If there was one girl who i truly admired here, it was the outgoing MU 2014, she handled the situation gracefully even though she's also from Colombia

Wow you're there in the audience thank you for filming this from an audience perspective and you can see how gracefully and humbly Miss Philippines handled the situation; there was a little sense of awkwardness but she still carried herself really well and wow! (not in a good way) for all those ladies when the rest of them were dismissed and walked straight past Miss Philippines without any regard towards toward her and went Miss Colombia. There was no mistake during the 2019 National Costume, they just did a clarification. Miss Philippines (Gazini Ganados) was having a problem with her outfit that time so they invited Miss Malaysia (Shweta Sekhon) to be interviewed instead.

I just summoned my perspective that each contestants should live one of the Pageantry's aim which is to empower women and inspire the world by fostering equality. Not just by winning. And I think those who mocked on our winner do not live those vision and mission. That makes the organization a joke at all! So the morale is, not just to the other countries but also to the Philippines, each countries has to send delegates with class and knows the word "respect" and what that means.

In this video, I feel bad for Miss Philippines Pia more than Miss Colombia Ariadna. They should have congratulated Pia first then go to Ariadna. They should also comforted Ariadna in the backstage rather than in the stage because that is disrespect to Pia who is the Miss Universe 2015. Well, other contestants show their bad, true colors in the stage. Other contestants went first to Pia to congratulate her then also went to Ariadna. While others just went straight to Ariadna without congarutulating Pia. The most thing I hated about this was that other contestants didn't congratulate her, they also became rude to her. But I'm also sad for Adriana. I'll also mention Miss USA, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Myanmar, and a lot more that congratulated and respected her. As a Filipino, I'm so sad that Pia didn't had a nice and proper crowning moment. She didn't even have her first walk. And I'm also sad because Philippines do not win that much in this competition and they made a bad crowning for our representative. What a shame but I'll accept it that she's still the winner. As someone who was wrongfully crowned for 3 minutes she should have WALKED BACK because Ms Philippines was never able to complete her first walk, or at least hugged and congratulated Philippines like how Philippines did for her. They both had dreams, they both felt them shatter, it’s not fair. She was understandably upset but because she was, most people and contestants were cheering for her to make her feel better instead of cheering for Pia. She should have waited to sulk backstage. As someone who was trying to win Miss Universe she didn’t handle it very gracefully. Her attitude after that day (demanding to share the crown) after she had time to calm down also shows that she wasn’t carrying herself with class.

Miss colombia was trying walk out and then because of how the humiliation and stuff even the girls followed her so that can can give her some emotional support and then she didn't walk out so at the end it is not her fault.

good sportsmanship is accepting defeat and she would've removed the crown herself and gave it to Pia, but it's not her fault nor Pia's. Bad sportsmanship is like the other contestants who took sides, Pia wanted to comfort Columbia and she was shoved aside by the pageants gathered around her. No wonder those women didn't win lol

I felt bad for Miss Colombia and her reaction was normal. The shocked and the embarrassment she had in front of that audience especially on national tv. But I think she should’ve reacted in a more civilised way like when they announced the real winner, she shouldn’t just stand there and make it more awkward. Instead show how a true queen will react like voluntarily give the crown to Miss Philippines, put that on her head, give the sash and hug her and congratulate Miss Philippines for a well deserved win. People will love her more for being a good sport and professional in handling unexpected difficult situations like this. Both of them were not at fault so they should stand for each other, supporting other women.

In keeping with the true Miss Universe style I would’ve expected something a bit like this : after hearing the real results that PIA is the actual winner , both would cry and congratulate each other , Colombia would take the crown off herself and hand it over , they both hug and hold hands and wave to the crowd . While the girls congratulate THEM BOTH as the two top winners . Then PIA takes her walk as the reigning winner ! While the other girls gave her the attention and honor she deserved . Yes Colombia feels bad but a true Miss Universe goddess would NEVER keep that crown on for so long and she would NEVER cry on the stage and take the attention while girls cheered her on ( as if she had won ) . PIA cried off stage and humbled herself enough to go see if Colombia is ok . Roles reversed I know without a shadow of a doubt that PIA would be hugging Colombia and congratulating her The TRUE WINNER WAS REVEALED HERE . You deserved that title PIA . Beauty grace and class . And to the girls that cheered on Colombia whilst PIA was right over there and ignoring the actual winner SHAME ON YOU .

Todo fue tan incomodo y mas de 3 anos recordando ese incidente, fue incomodo no solo para miss Colombia también para miss phillipines y no entiendo si ya habían cometido el error, porque no le dejaron La Corona a miss Colombia, las dos eran bellas, Miss Colombia no tenia porque sufrir esa humillación y pagar por el error de otros.

Wow I have to give Columbia ten thumps up for her composure. Pia was looking confused, but she looked great. All the two ladies, Columbia and Philippines were very beautiful.

If miss Columbia did take the crown out of her head ang hug Pia it could be better , that's how to handle the situation but the feeling that your dream is taken from you in a instant is shocking, very difficult situation to think what's the best thing to do.

I'm a Filipino and I can feel the embarrassment of Ms. Colombia the moment when the crown and sash was taken away from her but I'm glad that Steve was brave enough to correct his mistake which was the right thing he did and how they were transparent to show on screen the result.

Miss USA is such class when she was helping Pia as she was confused during that moment!
