I have to admit that it didn't sounds good at the beginning (I don't like miso) and I was looking for an urgent help to show up this night with something amazing and simple for my customers who asked for barramundi and it came out just perfect, delicious and easy so... THANK YOU chef John!! By the way, I put some shiitake mushrooms to the glaze and garnished with a little bit of dill, was amazing.
