im using this to protect basic personal information but if used on paper that is not matted then ink may smear off as I've experience so if the information is very delicate i would use a shredder.

@@grny28 You can squirt the refil into one end of the roller; one hub is solid, the other has a small hole in it and you can snip the end off the refil and it poke inside and squeeze the ink out.
It's good on printed paper but when U try it on a piece of paper that is hand written, it doesn't work coz when the ink dries u can see underneath the ink.

@@NewYorkDashCam maybe it's the cheap quality ink, if U want absolute, burn it. LOL
