The issue appears to be with some of the LOD billboard settings. I set the three settings below, though I'm not sure yet if it's one specifically or a combination of all three: LMSBillboard.StreamingEnable false LMSBillboard.DownscaleOnOverloadEnable false LMSBillboard.LODBlendingEnable false Also found this helped as well: PostProcess.ScreenSpaceRaytrace32BitEnable false Other commands at the begining are: PerfOverlay.DrawGraph true (enables the performance graph) PerfOverlay.DrawFps true (enables FPS counter in top right) RenderDevice.VSyncEnable false (disables VSync)

You're welcome. I kept coming back to it a few times a year to see if I could fix it or if a driver update had helped but never could find anything. Ended up going through basically all of the console settings to find this. Still get the occassional hiccup, but definitely playable now

The graphics on this game is beautiful.

If this doesn't work, you can also try excluding the MEC save file directory from your antivirus settings.

Glad it helped. I still had some issues after this but found the below helps as well if you have some occassional stuttering still. PostProcess.ScreenSpaceRaytrace32BitEnable false

@@trocoplaytv1254 Just turning off 32bit Ray tracing. Will use 64bit. In terms of visuals, makes no difference that I can see

Hey bud, did you ever get this fixed? I'm really looking forward to your next run. I go back to your old perfect run every now and again and zen out.

how or where do i put all the stuff?

If inputting into console, do i need to reenter upon every new boot? If so, should one change these settings from the config files?

The settings re-set every boot so you'd need to re-enter them each time. I assume there's probably a way to set them via a config file, or startup options/arguments but I haven't looked into that yet myself. EDIT: Tested some stuff. you can set some options by creating a User.cfg file in the install directory, but the LMSBillboard settings don't seem to work here. Tried adding them to PROF_SAVE_profile as well but it gets reset when you launch the game.
