Thank you, Thank you. We just installed one of those today and i have watched multiple videos and tryed many combinations of buttons with no luck. this did the trick. Unfortanely unit is not blowing cold air though so we will need to get an ac guy out after all to look at it.

So to answer your question thoroughly: When I got mine first installed, it blew super cool for the first test flight… then summer came around and I ran it again and it was never getting as cold as I originally felt it. Turns out the company (not this one specifically, but all of them) sometimes don’t fully load the units with the freon because of all the movement during shipping and delivery. So you have to get someone to pump it the rest of the way full. I had that done, and my unit blows super cold air ever since!

WoW! Thanks so much. I got my temperature to display again on the unint. Do you know how to trun on the heat? My friend fumbled around and figured it out but doesn't remember how she did it. I can't seem to figure our how to get the ehat on with the remote. Thanks!

So I thought the heat wasn’t working on mine too, but it just takes an extended amount of time to get started. Power the unit on, press the Heat option on the remote and leave it. It’ll eventually turn on

Hey man I really hope you can help me. I literally just got this unit installed and it seems the control and unit are not linked. The control lights up and when I change the temperature on the controller the unit does not pick it up. I can’t turn off the unit either, the “on/off” does not work. When I press the “off” button it does turn off the remote, but not the unit. Not sure how the unit was turn on. I was not present when the installation was being done. Do you know if I can reset the control?

Tap on Menu. Under Health (lower left corner) will be Display. Curser down to it and once it’s highlighted, click on OK. Temperature will now be on you unit. VERY difficult to.see the word Display on the remote! Had to squint and turn it, look at it from an odd angle etc but there it was!! Hope this helps you.
