I agree the background music was too loud. More importantly, I am so grateful to have randomly come across this talk. I resonated so much with the ideas and feel greatly comforted to discover I am not alone. I especially loved the analogy of the bees, and the translation of St John of the Cross - his acceptance of not knowing. Wonderful, thank you Mirabai.

Sorry i had to stop listening as i couldn't take the background music. There doesn't need to be extra, to the silence and the reading.
