The noise was better than I thought a crowd of 66k could make, but the acoustics and the the roof really keep the noise in. The loudest drive was the first of the game. After that, it really only got decently loud on 3rd downs and MN TD. Either way, it can get very loud in there.

The Packers-Vikings rivalry is an NFL rivalry between the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings. CBS ranked it the #3 NFL rivalry of the 2000s.
In the modern era, the Minnesota Vikings have been considered the biggest NFC North challenger to the Green Bay Packers. While the Packers have won almost 75% of its games against the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions since the beginning of quarterback Brett Favre’s first season in 1992, they have only won ~50% of their games against the Vikings (going 33-28-2 in that time period). Thus, while the Bears-Packers rivalry is more historical, this is considered by many to be the most important NFC North match-up in determining the eventual division winner.

Born and raised in Green Bay, but a Vikings fan since I was knee high to a half barrel of beer! I still havent got the chance to go to a Vikings game in Minnesota. Been to a good handful in Green Bay, but the Vikes stadium looks SO much better!. Green Bay took a vote and they actually turned down building a new one because they are all stuck in the past here. Instead, they upgraded the stadium and bullied homeowners, and small businesses to sell their property so they could expand. They even had the nerve to put a tax on the city to pay for a new scoreboard, then when it was paid for, they just kept the tax on. Funny how they cant pay for a scoreboard but they can buy up all this land and develop it....I cant stand the organization. I could go on, but thats enough for one day =)

Yo! I love this video. I made the first game 3 years ago and it brought back memories. Not to mention it gives Vikings fans who have not experienced it kind of like real feel of the stadium. Bravo!

I was born in Minnesota in 1954. I remember listening to the games on an AM radio. And some on our black and white tv. I have witnessed every SB loss. I will always love the Vikings and one day I have to see a game here to experience the pregame! SKOL forever Vikings till Valhalla!

As a Packer’s fan, I highly recommend it! I’ll for sure be back next year for GB vs MN!
As a diehard Viking fan going back to the early 70's my wife and I went to our first home game last year (2021) when they played the Cowboys. Even though the Vikings lost that game, it was still a thrilling experience. One of these years, hopefully sooner than later, we will win the Super Bowl.
I was there too, it was amazing.

Went there a couple years back and sat close to the field in the endzone. Besides the 10 dollar beers it was one of the better experiences in my life. She gets pretty dam loud and it fills your soul with energy.
It's cool to experience at least once. I think ever Vikings fan should, but honestly it's more fun at the local sports bar or at home with friends. I will say tho that for all the super drunk people at Vikings games, they are usually very well behaved.

Agreed. As a Packer’s fan, I didn’t get heckled at all. The GB fans were the ones doing the heckling if anything. I was very impressed! Minnesota nice was on full display.

I want a baseline as to what the noise is when visiting other stadiums. I need to measure it from my perspective with the same app to be able to accurately compare.

It was definitely expensive. I will mention that I did buy the tickets that morning, and it was the first game of the regular season, against their biggest rival, with a brand new head coach. All the ingredients for it being expensive were there, as I’m sure it’s not the norm🙂

Unfortunately the seats were so high up, it was tough to see anything up there. The environment was very cool though!
Who knew back then that ol' Aaron Rodgers would be crying in his beer and ready to jump off a bridge just 7 weeks later ? !! Bye bye Pack !!

Seats are bad. I've sat upper deck at Arrowhead and here and Arrowhead is so much better. Haven't been a huge fan of the new stadium
