I did not realize the extent of the flooding here in MN.

It's raining here too in kcmo area, but not much

Where I live we would love all that water it so dry here.

The dams are wide open in the Brainerd area. Probably Little Falls and Royalton, too. Thank you, Army Corps, for not storing water and flooding communities downstream 😂

@timmick6911 No, i wouldn't like that, Mr. Ripley. Believe it or not. Seems to me, though, that you are OK with more downstream catastrophic flooding. I think any extra little bit might help. I'll be happy to read articles about the imminent danger of the Gull Lake Chain Dam, Federal Dam on Leech Lake, Pine River Dam on the Cross Lake chain of lakes all failing or at maximum capacity. Not to mention other dams that could hold a little more CFS back. Perhaps I'll accept the challenge and look at a couple in person. I'll bring ketchup. Maybe I'll eat crow.

non permeable surfaces has all this water going to the ocean rather than back to our water tables and replenishing reservoirs so it could happen haha. Other places are experiencing fires right now in another part of the country
