Here's me imagining various ways to continue telling Minnal Murali's story. Although I was a little underwhelmed by the first movie, I still believe it's got franchise potential and look forward to a sequel. I decided to make a video on what I would share if I had the chance to convey my 6 ideas/wishlist for Minnal Murali 2 with Basil Joseph and his team.
Would a sequel beat the 'sequel' curse and be bigger sharper and more enjoyable? With the success of the first movie and an overall postive response let's hope for the best for MM2.

I think the magician in village festival is actually third person with powers, and reason why he was not in further events of movie because he is a magician so he travel outside to perform, get famous and earn money ⚡⚡
They show a third lightning striking and a masked guy looking up at the sky. He could be the next villain. They can show that he killed Varkey and many others in the village. It will be even more interesting if MLA or someone highly respected in the society is revealed to be the villain in climax. They should introduce multiple characters whose names were taken in part 1 to like Sudeesh, Shinoj, Mla etc and keep audience guessing about the masked villain.

I like the idea of someone highly respected gaining powers. To add to that they could even have telepathic powers which could add a thriller element to the second movie.

Oh no!! RIP Balachandra ...Thanks for sharing that. As far as the story goes, bringing in a mentor for MM would now take on even more importance.
