Heng Sour, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training and Chea Vandeth, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 24 at the office of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications on cooperation to establish a document verification nursery (verify.gov.kh) and promote digital revolution.
