LOL the MiniPix advertisement popped up right after your video warning about the scam. How hilarious is that? Thank you for what you do. I just subscribed to your channel.

You may not say this is a scam, but I will. I ordered 6 of these and could not get them to connect. Contacted the company to return them. I was given an address in Houston TX. I sent them back a week ago USPS insured and signature return receipt. They have not been delivered, either because the address is bogus, or the incompetence of the Houston USPS distribution facility. I used PayPal and will be opening a dispute. AVOID. I ended up getting TP-Link C120 cameras at about $35 each. I wanted to monitor my 3D printers on my computer which they will do using a standard web protocol and can be controlled by a phone app. These cameras also have true 2K quality and night vision with 2 types of lights built in.

What are the odds - THEIR VERY AD popped up right as I clicked on your video 🤣🤣🤣 I was interested in this camera too except I happen to be a tech head who's a stickler for specs - nowhere does it mention how this thing is powered!! If it's a battery what's the run time and how does it charge? If it's a cable what type? Never mind the fact that if you have multiples of these the bandwidth on your wifi for multiple 1080p streams will kill your uploads. The old adage stays true - if something sounds too good to believe, IT PROBABLY IS 🔥🔥🔥

it comes with a usb power cord so it doesn't even allow you to plug into a wall outlet unless you have the adapter

I'm laughing because I'm one of the guys in the stock footage that they used in their KZread ad. That same footage has been used in a dozen or so ads that I have seen on KZread. At this point, I can't believe U2 will just let anybody buy add space, no matter, how honest, dishonest, dangerous, false, or fake the advertisement is. It's gotten ridiculous.

I got scammed buying those AMAZING(ly cheap) flashlights once. So I do my research now and thankfully found this informative video. Scammers suck.

what i care & most people want to know is : does the actual items work or not as claimed ! Not how it was ad. Just like all those politician & leaders falsely ad what they are but fail to deliver . We should hold them as criminal & charge them lying to the people

You know how i know this thing is a scam ? Because he said in the commercial he saw they said it was made by guys that worked for a security camera company in Santa Monica. I’m in Canada and the youtube commercial here is saying it was made by these guys that worked for a security camera company in Toronto 😂

It's not a very good security camera if the only memory option is a memory card in the camera......I am curious how much free cloud storage is available in the app????

You mentioned ex employees from Santa Monica,the ad I saw says they were from London 😉

The youtube ad gives some phony back story about the 2 engineers turning down corporate buyouts in order to give us cheap spy cams. The crazy thing is that the AI voice over names "evan and justin" as the dudes that created minicam. Did everyone elses commercial have the same names? I'm curious because my name actual name is evan and I'm now paranoid that the "Evan and Justin" part is a AI trick on me.

feel free to call it a scam, because that is what it is..no other words about it...i made 2 videos on this garbage again both times under different names.

These cameras maybe to have inside your car it'll be good but they're not reliable because if you lose the scan code you can't get it to reconnect again I don't think they're worth wasting your money maybe feel like a beginner, to learn how to play with them and use them for a little kid
