This is not a heavy cut, it is not pushing the machine in terms of load, but it is the most material we have removed on the prototype in one single path. And we do me an one single path. There are no interruptions in the cut til the very end when it starts hitting the actual "part".
So a good test of its ability to just chug away. We did have to pause at the end of this video to empty the shop vac of chips! Cant wait for the enclosure with proper chip bin and wash down.
We can't do full heavy load testing on this spindle yet as the drive is not the correct model. Hopefully we can show it at full performance soon.
