Depends on what you are doing. You can do it but there has to be proper recover in there. If you train weights twice and do some skill work that doesn’t push your body but pushes your mentality when you are hurting you can definitely do more.

The real reason he didn't wanna continue training with them is because Deji doesn't like hard work and Viddal/Leon/KSI were pushing Deji a lot which was too much for him so he settled for another gym to train at where it's a lot more relaxed and he doesn't have to work as hard.

It was actually sad and heart wrenching when I heard deji say that he thought the whole of the UK KZread Community hated him when it was the other way around.

I was waiting for this video 😂 I knew it was coming!

I just realised how lacking deji was. I got covid 1.5 months ago and I started running daily from last week to get my stamina back. My colony is 1km in perimeter and I run two rounds. If me, a covid patient can run more than a mile everyday, definitely someone who's preparing for a boxing fight should be able to do more.

The thing about fitness is, if you stay consistent and keep to it then it all gets easier, your body adjusts, but if you half-arse everything then it stays just as difficult

Working out 5x a day is just going to leave you in a worse condition. Might as well not work out at that point and just save your energy. It's all about consistency. Even if you skip a workout, and do it next day, or eat some fast food one day, all you have to do is make up for it the next day, and keep a decent pace of progression. Just one month at a time for an entire year, and then keep it up after that.
