I LOVE this home. Just a slightly larger refrigerator and an induction cook-top would make this a full time home for the true minimalist.

@@annesmith5192 or . . . how bout adding a separate 'spa' shed that includes a shower, hot tub, dry sauna and washer/dryer. And inside the house eliminate the shower and use that space for something else. Of course I'm not suggesting a remodel of this house . . . but . . . for a design change for a future build.

I would pay for a blueprint of the layout I would like to build something like this

This tiny home is just lovely. The colors are attractive and the design is quite minimalist. It is very inviting. I think red or yellow would really pop, too!, Levi Kelly. even another complementary blue. If this were mine, I think I would raise the loft roof and add a dormer or two to have a second sleeping area. Would maximize BRB rentals, (and most likely higher rate) 🤔 If I lived in it, I would have to have a front porch roof, too.

So cute inside. Love how it's located in the woods. I'd like a roof over the deck out front so if it's raining you can still sit outside.

Awesome video and beautiful house. I like the fact you read comments and act accordingly like taking off your shoes before jumping on the bed. It says a lot about you. Love from Lagos, Nigeria.

I really like this stay put tiny home. 200 sq ft of beauty and functionality. Awesome.

The layout is so efficient! I really love the bed being tucked in the corner. Nobody needs a big bedroom. As long as it's comfortable to sleep in, then it's a bedroom. If I live in that house, I'll put curtains to separate the bedroom and the kitchen/office area. Also, the bathroom could be a little smaller to make more room for the closet.

Fantastic job, good use of space. I love the fact that the bathroom does NOT look like an afterthought, where fixtures aren't mushed together. Two thumbs up and 5 stars on the workmanship!

Love it! Very very pleasant. The lighting is perfect, and your color palette is great! One suggestion: maybe a small sleep sofa instead of 2 chairs?

Looks like its about the size of a small one car garage, neat, I wouldn't want to live in one full time, but this could make a cool guest cottage in your back yard

My criticisms apply more to full-time living in the house rather than short-term renting: (1) You have to climb into the bed on your hands and knees, and it would be difficult to change the sheets. A single bed would fit just fine. (2) Open shelving in the kitchen is trendy and may be helpful to short-term renters, but things on the shelves are not protected from dust and kitchen grease. Also, the kitchen needs some form of cooktop. (3) There's not much storage. But otherwise, it's a nice AirB&B.

I totally agree about the bed, but I love the open shelf concept. Just rinse the dish before using and we use our grill outside to cook all meats and many other food so no grease issues. I think everything depends on where and how you live. After living in a minivan for a year, this would be a major upgrade.

That’s a lot of windows by the bed...I would get rid of that back window...bring the bed out about a foot and used the back wall for hanging storage. Also I would put a small window in the shower to the back of the house.

I'd make the bed a Murphy bed and have fold up table chairs there when it's not in use.
