This is so beautiful and relaxing to just even look at. And then you got one of my all time favorite books by Julian Barnes ☺️ I personally became more minimalistic during lockdown. I just started to declutter my room even though it wasn’t really „packed“ anyway. And at some point it feels like I just couldn’t stop. It has sth deeply comforting to have less and focus just on essentials and things that are important to you. 🙂

Such a calming video! I wipe down my stove top daily too and its a habit that makes things so much simpler in the long run :) I'd totally recommend European dishcloths instead of paper towels as they're easy to use and made out of vegetable cellulose. Makes wiping things down sooo easy and its more economical and sustainable

The minimalist lifestyle was always something I wanted to-do and accomplished. I searched tons of articles and videos online trying to find the right fit for me learning there’s multiple definitions for minimalist. I myself found a good balance of being a minimalist despite my habits; they weren’t so good but bad either. After a year, I’ve changed my thinking and patterns of shopping especially the people I hung out with too. How much money I spent compare to growing a savings account. What’s more important. Why is it important to buy that particular item? When you said you wait a week before buying… mostly forgetting about it. I can totally relate! My wish list as decreased a lot. I’m very proud. Now I’m trying to buy things that will help me learn a skill instead of laying in dust somewhere in a corner. Haha as the days goes on I’m trying to be more responsible and less debt. Have more money in the bank because when I move a lot of this isn’t going with me.

Nice tour thank you for your time. For the lamp on the dining room table, you might try taping the extension cord behind the leg of the table, so it's somewhat out of sight. A white table would have been too much white, unless you were trying to have the table disappear into the wall for a feeling of greater space, but I like the warm inviting wood feeling of the table.
